We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Clinical Supervisor role for our home care team. This role is responsible for overseeing patient care, supporting clinical staff, and ensuring high standards of quality and compliance.
Responsibilities:- Review and assign new patient referrals
- Oversee and evaluate plans of care
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to staff
- Participate in case conferences and care coordination
- Conduct chart audits and ensure regulatory compliance
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and staff education
- Support policy development and quality improvement initiatives
- Active RN license (state required)
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
- Supervisory or management experience in home care (preferred)
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and leadership skills
