ResponsibilitiesCharlotte Surgery Center’s Museum Campus is seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse Manager to lead our perioperative team. Enjoy a Monday‑Friday schedule with no call, no nights, no weekends and no holidays! Join a growing center with new leaders — team outings, potluck luncheons, fan‑favorite Fridays and more! Our center has a low‑acuity patient population where we perform multispecialty surgeries with a heavy emphasis on orthopedics.
Join a winning team! The OR RN Manager role oversees daily OR operations, ensures high‑quality patient care, and supports a culture of safety, collaboration, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support OR nursing staff, ensuring safe, efficient patient care.
- Manage daily surgical operations, staffing, scheduling, and room utilization.
- Ensure compliance with AORN standards and regulatory requirements.
- Drive quality improvement and patient‑safety initiatives.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize workflow.
- Current RN licensure.
- BSN required or in progress; MSN preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of OR RN Circulator experience.
- Previous nursing leadership experience required.
- BLS required; CNOR preferred.
