Seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time, on‑site urgent care role in North Carolina.
Responsibilities- Provide autonomous care for acute and episodic conditions, including procedures such as laceration repair, wound care, and splinting.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on treatment and prevention.
- Work independently with support from clinical protocols, support staff, and access to leadership.
- Handle an average of 3–4 patients per hour, ensuring quality care and thorough documentation.
Schedule includes 3 shifts per week (12 hours each), rotating weekends, with no on‑call requirements. Compensation ranges from $55–$70 per hour. Benefits include insurance, 401(k), PTO, CME allowance, and more.
Qualifications & Requirements- Licensed in North Carolina as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Relevant clinical experience.
- No staffing agency submissions accepted.
