Monday-Friday, 4 9-hour shifts

This position is sign‑on bonus eligible. Based on eligibility.

Pay Range

$35.50 - $53.25

Where You Will Work

Atrium Health Levine Cancer Institute Vascular Access Team provides vascular services to patients from all clinics in LCI, including peripheral IV placement, central line management, and ultrasound guided IV access. This fast‑paced department still manages to make meaningful and lasting connections with patients despite the short nature of their visits.

We’re Looking For
  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
  • Proficiency in IV therapy, bone marrow, spinals, thoracenteses, paracenteses and phlebotomy preferred.
  • Oncology experience preferred.
  • Oncology certification preferred.
What You’ll Do
  • As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Using evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
  • Assesses and diagnoses patients in a practice setting, identifies outcomes, implements treatment, and coordinates care. Performs and assists with oncology and infusion‑related treatments, therapies, and procedures.
