Pineville Rehabilitation & Living Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate RN Unit Manager to oversee day‑to‑day nursing operations within our skilled nursing community. This leadership role is ideal for a nurse who is passionate about quality resident care, team development, and clinical excellence in a long‑term care setting.
As a Unit Manager, you will work closely with the DON and interdisciplinary team to ensure residents receive exceptional care while supporting and guiding nursing staff on the unit.

- Oversee daily nursing operations for assigned unit(s)
- Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident care
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Collaborate with the DON/ADON in directing nursing activities
- Participate in an on‑call rotation with other nurse managers
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations
- Maintain current nursing reference materials and clinical resources
- Coordinate resident care with interdisciplinary departments
- Conduct rounds with physicians as needed
- Ensure accurate documentation, charting, incident reports, and clinical records
- Monitor supplies, medications, and equipment to ensure unit readiness
- Ensure nursing staff are informed and following resident care plans
- Provide direct nursing care when needed
- Assist with scheduling assignments and staff support
- Welcome and support newly admitted residents and families
- Current, active, unencumbered RN license
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in long‑term care, skilled nursing, or hospital setting preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Knowledge of long‑term care regulations and nursing standards
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, residents, families, and healthcare providers
- Experience with Point Click Care preferred
