Registered Nurse (RN) – AH Carolinas Medical Center Pediatric Operating Room (Charlotte, NC, United States)

As a member of the pediatric operating room team, you will provide compassionate, evidence‑based nursing care to children undergoing a wide range of surgical procedures. Your responsibilities include coordinating comprehensive patient care, delivering safe therapeutic care, and leading efforts to create the safest patient environment.

Location:

Atrium Health’s Carolinas Medical Center, Charlotte, NC.

Schedule:

Full‑time nights, 12‑hour shifts (36 hours per week). Position is sign‑on bonus eligible.

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Current Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which you practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• Previous operating room experience strongly preferred.

• Utilize the nursing process to deliver safe and therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Apply evidence‑based practice and clinical decision‑making skills to lead initiatives that enhance patient safety and experience across the continuum.

• Pay Range: $38.20 – $57.30 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
• Premium pay options including shift and on‑call compensation.
