Mon-Fri, 10am-6pm
Pineville Rehabilitation & Living Center is seeking a dedicated RN Unit Manager to lead and support our nursing team while ensuring exceptional care for our residents.

- Oversee daily clinical operations of the assigned unit
- Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff
- Collaborate with the DON and interdisciplinary team
- Ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance
- Assist with admissions, care planning, and resident transitions
- Participate in an on‑call rotation with nursing leadership
- Current, active RN license
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Long‑term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
