Junxion Med Staffing is looking for an L&D RN to take an assignment in Charlotte, North Carolina.

This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on July 6, 2026.

• Experience with >300 births per month
• Unit accepts 1st Time Travelers with experience in a large/high volume similar setting
• Strongly prefer RN with circulate to OR experience

• Circulate
• Sterile vaginal exam
• Competent in immediate newborn care
• Skills in C-section circulation, high-risk antepartum, infant/neonatal arrest, interpretation of dysrhythmias, isolation precautions/PPE, LDRP, OCT (Oxytocin Challenge Tests), pain assessment & management, triage of obstetrical patients

• BCLS
• AWHONN Intermediate
• NRP
• AWHONN Advanced (will accept C-EFM in lieu of AWHONN)

• NC or Compact license (pending OK for submittal)

• Experience with Epic required

• Must have experience and be comfortable on a fast-paced, difficult unit with average monthly births of 400-600 and a daily census of 40 visits and 30-40 admits
• Open to floating within the women's unit (SMC-high risk OB)

• All testing must be completed within 48 hours of signing
• Candidate must go into the lab within 48 hours after signing
