Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) to join our team at SYNERGY Home Care of Charlotte. As a Certified Nursing Assistant with our organization, you will provide high-quality care to clients in the comfort of their own homes. Our CNA team members are compassionate, dedicated, and committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities- Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
- Provide personal care to clients as needed
- Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
- Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
- North Carolina CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification listed on NC Registry
- Current negative TB skin test
- Current CPR certification
- Pass criminal record and background check
- Reliable transportation/Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Competitive pay between $16.50 to $17.50 per hour
