  Avg. Daily Census/Visits/Day: 45;
  Rooms/Beds: 6
• SHIFT:
  * 40 Hours Can Be Offered
• Will Accept 18 Weeks;
  Unit closes as the end of the Year, 11/25/2026.
• 8-HOUR DAYS; 07:00 - 16:00
  *** RTO: 7 DAYS MAX for AYA AUTO OFFER***
• Call Requirement: NONE
• Float Requirement: YES. Would float to other Charlotte area ASCs only if needed and probably very rarely. COSC, Ballantyne ASC, Huntersville ASC & Center City.
• Weekend Requirement: NONE

PATIENT AGE GROUP:
Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults & Geriatrics

PATIENT DIAGNOSES: ENT surgery, cataracts, ocular plastics, head and neck

SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS:
Fast-paced ASC specializing in ENT and Eye with 6 ORs

SPECIAL EQUIPMENT: N/A

UNIT SYSTEMS: EPIC REQUIRED, SBAR SCHEDULING TYPE:
