Some Details About This Position- Clinic Operational
Hours:
M/W/F 4:45 a – 7:00 p, T/Th/S 6:30 a – 6:00 p - PCTs expected shifts for this clinic: 3–4 days/week with a minimum of two Saturdays/month and can be asked to start as early as 4:00 am
- Hours of work may vary during the training period; however, you will typically be working between 32–40 hours per week during training
- Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Paid training:
DaVita offers all new dialysis teammates a robust, paid training program to help you learn the right dialysis skills. The training is a mix of classroom and hands‑on training. - Training may take place in a facility or a training clinic other than your assigned home clinic
- Some floating to other facilities within the region during and after your training
- Build meaningful and long‑term relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting.
- Be a part of a team that supports and relies on each other in a positive environment.
- Deliver care to patients who are often dealing with multiple comorbidities requiring unique treatment plans and a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge.

- Paid training
- Current LPN‑LVN license in the state of practice required
- Current CPR certification required
- IV certification required if required by state regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Completed training program approved by the medical director and the governing body as required by CMS guidelines prior to operating the water treatment system
- Minimum of one year’s experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook required; functional proficiency in DaVita computer systems within 90 days of hire required
