Established in 1940, Carolina Neurosurgery & Spine Associates provides comprehensive brain and spine care, including adult and pediatric neurosurgery, spine surgery, physiatry, and physical therapy services. Our Charlotte office offers on‑site CT, MRI, and X‑ray services, and performs epidural steroid injections to deliver coordinated, convenient, and comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which you practice.
- Neurosurgical and wound‑care experience preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience preferred.
- Current certification in BLS required.
- BSN preferred.
- The triage nurse will provide clinical support through shunt reprogramming and wound assessments, including removal of sutures and staples, ensuring timely and accurate evaluation of patient concerns.
- Coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, delivering safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
- Use evidence‑based practice and clinical decision making to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.
- Base compensation within the listed pay range based on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, and/or training.
