• Current LPN or RN license in North Carolina or a compact state.
• Current CPR certification (in‑person only).
• TB skin test completed within the past 12 months.
• Ability to work one family and manage two patients, with optional referral bonus if a nursing friend is brought.
• Flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and a supportive clinical team.

LPN Pay Rate: $28 - $32 per hour. RN Pay Rate: $29 - $33 per hour.
