Registered Nurse - Ambulatory/Outpatient

We are looking for a registered nurse to provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care in an ambulatory urology setting. The role involves direct patient care, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and adherence to evidence‑based practices.

• Provide nursing care throughout the nursing process, ensuring safe and therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Utilize evidence‑based practice and clinical decision‑making to deliver high‑quality care and a positive patient experience.
• Coordinate care within the ambulatory urology team, supporting clinical and administrative functions.

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the team practices.
• Minimum two years of RN experience preferred; prior ambulatory experience preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Competitive compensation range: $35.50 – $53.25 per hour. Benefits include paid time off, health and welfare benefit plans, flexible spending accounts, family benefits (adoption assistance, paid parental leave), retirement plans, and educational assistance. Eligibility may vary by FTE status.

Full‑time, 40 hours per week. Monday‑Friday, 8:00 a.m.‑5:00 p.m. (Weekdays, M‑F, 8‑5).
