Job Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Adult Day Health Care Worker Assistant
Location: Magnolia ADHC, 490 Magnolia Ave, El Cajon, CA 92020
We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our Adult Day Health Care team. The LVN will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing services for individuals in our Adult Day Health Care program. The LVN will assess the physical, mental, and emotional health of patients, provide nursing care, administer medications, and document patient progress.
Responsibilities- Assess the physical, mental, and emotional status of patients in the Adult Day Health Care program.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress and document observations in patient records.
- Provide health education and counseling to patients and families.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for the patient.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to patient care.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Valid LVN license in the state of California.
- Monday – 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM
- Tuesday – 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM
- Wednesday – 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM
- Thursday – 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM
- Friday – 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM
