Weekend Nurse Supervisor- Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse

Mecklenburg Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Weekend Supervisor in our beautiful skilled nursing facility. • Oversee nursing staff and ensure top-quality patient care
• Assess, plan, and implement resident care plans
• Provide leadership and support to nursing staff
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations

• Active RN or LPN License in North Carolina (or compact state)
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work weekends and provide compassionate resident care
