• Experience in Ambulatory OR and Endoscopic sinus procedures
• ENT skills including:
  Laparoscopic assisted cases, Laryngectomy, Mastoidectomy/Tympanoplasty/Stapedectomy, Radical neck dissection, Scrub ENT Surgery, Septoplasty/Rhinoplasty, Tonsillectomy/adenoidectomy, Tracheostomy
• Pediatric ENT skills:
  Myringotomy with tubes, Scrub PEDI ENT Surgery, Tonsillectomy/adenoids
• Emergency management skills:
  Code Response, Fire Safety, Latex Allergy, Malignant Hyperthermia
• Professional knowledge & skills:
  Specimen Handling/labeling, Universal Protocol (Time out) Procedure
