Position: Contract RN - Progressive Care - Days/Nights - Local Candidates Accepted!

Contract RN position in progressive care for a 13‑week assignment in or near Charlotte, North Carolina. The role covers day and night shifts, requiring a valid North Carolina nursing license and progressive care experience, and focuses on delivering high‑quality patient care within a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high‑quality nursing care to patients in the progressive care unit, adhering to hospital policies and protocols.

  • Assess patient conditions continuously, documenting clinical findings accurately and promptly.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement effective care plans.

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and comfort.

  • Educate patients and their families on post‑discharge care and health management strategies.

  • Qualifications:
    • Valid nursing license from the state of North Carolina.

    • BLS certification.

    • ACLS certification.

    • CPI certification (if required).

    • Minimum of 1 year of recent progressive care experience in a hospital setting.

    • Ability to work 3‑12 hour shifts.

    • Strong communication skills.

    • Adaptability to different shift schedules.
