Where You Will WorkAtrium Health Women's Urogynecology and Pelvic Surgery Clinic is a women's health practice with 3 locations:
Uptown Charlotte, Pineville, and Cabarrus. Our services include advanced treatments and surgical care for complex pelvic floor disorders and gynecological conditions. This includes pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, endometriosis, & uterine anomalies/fibroids - this list is not all inclusive. Our team includes 6 board-certified surgeons (3 for Urogynecology & 3 for Minimally Invasive Gynecology), 2 fellowship doctors, 13 APPs, RNs, & CMA/RMA staff.
We also perform select procedures in the office - bladder Botox, bulking agent, and cystoscopies. We are a very fast-paced, busy specialty offering expert gynecological care.

Across our 14‑county region, we provide comprehensive care in over 600 locations in an array of settings including Primary Care, Urgent Care, Infusion, Cardiology, Neurosciences, Orthopedics, Women’s Health, Pediatrics, Musculoskeletal, Oncology, Behavioral Health, Virtual Care, and various other medical specialties. Qualifications- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Previous women’s health, OB/GYN, and urogynecology experience preferred
- BSN preferred
- Provide high‑quality, patient‑centered care in an ambulatory setting.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, advocate for patient needs, and uphold professional practice standards.
- Support providers within a surgical practice cycle; may be asked to travel to other locations for coverage.
- Follow schedule: M‑F 7:30‑4:30 pm, no holidays, no weekends, no evenings. Assist with coverage as needed.
