Schedule Details
  • 3, 12-hour day shifts per week
  • Holiday rotation
  • Weekend rotation

Sign‑on bonus available to applicants who have not received a sign‑on bonus from the company for another role within the past 24 months.

Pay Range

$38.20 - $57.30

Where You Will Work:

Patient Population (32 beds)

4 Pine is a Med/Surg unit with a focused population of post‑operative orthopedic (hip & knee repairs/replacement) and neurosurgical (spinal fusions).

We encourage growth and learning of all team members through national certification, clinical advancement, hands‑on learning, and supporting educational pursuits. We have a highly engaged, supportive team with an active Unit Practice Council.

Qualifications
  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
  • Candidates must have at least 6 months of RN experience; this position is not for new grads.
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
Responsibilities
  • As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Using evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
