• Fast‑paced medical‑surgical unit and short‑stay observation unit
• Hospitalist collaboration, diverse diagnoses, high‑acuity exposure
• Comprehensive assessments, admissions/discharges, patient education, and quality‑improvement involvement

The role reports to a Nurse Manager and works with Charge RN, hospitalists, pharmacy, PT/OT, case management, and social work to deliver seamless, evidence‑based care.

• At least two years of recent medical‑surgical or acute‑care experience
