Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - MICU

Status: Full time

Schedule Details/Additional Information:
  • 3, 12-hour days shifts per week
  • Holiday rotation
  • Weekend rotation

Pay Range:

$38.20 - $57.30

Where You Will Work:

We are a 30-bed Medical Intensive Care Unit. Our patient population consists of adult and geriatric medical and surgical critical care patients.

We care for patients that require ventilators, central lines, continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), mass blood transfusions, targeted temperature management (TTM), and more!

The MICU staffs and trains the facilities rapid response team.

We maintain an operational Unit Practice Council (UPC) dedicated to enhancing the unit’s policies and procedures, thereby optimizing workflow and elevating patient outcomes.

What You’ll Do:
  • As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
