Registered Nurse (RN) | Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
Role & Responsibilities- Provide specialized nursing care in a Level 3 or 4 NICU setting
- Float as needed and cover weekend shifts
- Maintain certifications such as BLS & NRP
- Ensure patient safety and quality care within the NICU
- Minimum of 3 years NICU ICU experience
- Current BLS & NRP certifications
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to float duties
- Strong clinical skills in neonatal critical care
- Deliver direct patient care in a fast-paced NICU environment
- Collaborate with healthcare team members
- Adhere to safety protocols and certification requirements
- Support families and communicate effectively
