Atrium Health is seeking a registered nurse for the 9T Neurosurgical Telemetry unit at Carolinas Medical Center. This is a full-time role, 36 hours per week, with three 12-hour night shifts and a $3,000 sign-on bonus (90-day payout). You will deliver skilled neuro-surgical telemetry care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery.
Minimum requirements include an active RN license and BLS; typically 1 year of clinical nursing experience. BSN is preferred.
