CRNA - Pediatrics

The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) is an advanced practice registered nurse that functions at a medical level of care to provide anesthesia, analgesia, and pain management services across the patient lifespan in a variety of settings. The CRNA participates as part of an interdisciplinary team to assure safe, high‑quality, cost‑effective, and evidence‑based care, upholding the highest levels of professionalism and the missions, visions, and values of Advocate Health.

The CRNA will provide care within the scope of practice as outlined by applicable state law, licensing, regulations, institutional policy, privileges, and practice agreements.

• Provide anesthesia, analgesia, and pain management services in ambulatory, surgery center, and hospital settings.
• Participate as part of an interdisciplinary team to assure safe, high‑quality, cost‑effective, evidence‑based care.
• Adhere to applicable state laws, licensing requirements, regulations, institutional policies, privileges, and practice agreements.

• NC RN licensure required. BLS and ACLS with PALS certification required.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia and CRNA licensure required.
• Experience or availability to work in a pediatric setting preferred.
• Ability to work 8, 10, 12, 16, or 24‑hour shift options.

Pay range: $99.75 – $159.60 per hour. Updated salary starting at $215,996 per year. One‑time $100,000 sign‑on bonus.
