Description:
• We're working with a well-respected, mission-driven community health center in Charlotte that is looking to welcome an experienced Registered Nurse to their growing team.

Your Week at a Glance:
• Monday–Thursday: 10-hour shifts
• Friday: 8 AM–1 PM
• Just 1–2 Saturdays per month (with a comp day provided!)
What You'll Do:
• Deliver holistic, patient-centered care from pediatrics to adults.
• Collaborate closely with providers to support care plans and continuity.
• Administer medications, monitor vitals, and respond to changes in condition.
• Educate patients and families on preventive care and chronic disease management.
• Keep documentation up to date using EMR.
What You'll Bring:
• Active North Carolina RN license (or compact eligibility).
• BLS/CPR certification.
• 2+ years of RN experience, ideally in community health, FQHC, family medicine, outpatient, primary care, or urgent care.
• Strong communication skills and a calm, professional presence.
• Comfort working with diverse patient populations.
