• Lead daily nursing operations within the residential treatment program
• Mentor, coach, and develop nursing staff
• Support staffing, onboarding, and team development
• Promote exceptional patient care and patient safety
• Partner with physicians, clinical teams, and program leadership
• Drive quality improvement initiatives
• Monitor nursing competencies, licensure, and compliance requirements
• Serve as a clinical resource and provide coverage support when needed
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team environment

• Active RN license in North Carolina (or Compact License)
• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing
• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong communication and team-building skills
• Ability to lead through collaboration, professionalism, and accountability

• Behavioral Health experience
• Substance Use Treatment experience
• Healthcare leadership experience

This position primarily works a Monday–Friday daytime schedule. Because the residential program operates 24/7, the Nurse Manager is expected to occasionally provide leadership support during off-shifts, evenings, or weekends to maintain visibility, support staff, and ensure operational excellence. Flexibility is provided when additional coverage or rounding is required.
