- Lead daily nursing operations within the residential treatment program
- Mentor, coach, and develop nursing staff

Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in North Carolina (or Compact License)
- Associate Degree or higher in Nursing
- 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong communication and team-building skills
- Ability to lead through collaboration, professionalism, and accountability
- Behavioral Health experience
- Substance Use Treatment experience
- Healthcare leadership experience
This position primarily works a Monday–Friday daytime schedule. Because the residential program operates 24/7, the Nurse Manager is expected to occasionally provide leadership support during off-shifts, evenings, or weekends to maintain visibility, support staff, and ensure operational excellence. Flexibility is provided when additional coverage or rounding is required.
