Registered Nurse - Pulmonary Care Unit

We are seeking a Registered Nurse for a Pulmonary Care Unit (PCU) specializing in respiratory and medical conditions such as COPD, asthma, pneumonia, and pulmonary embolism. The role involves leading healthcare teams by establishing personalized patient relationships, collaborating with physicians and team members to develop and evaluate individualized care plans that promote health or support peaceful death. The nurse will utilize evidence-based practices and compassion, taking responsibility and accountability for care management according to policies and procedures.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a bachelor's degree preferred
• Current RN licensure in the appropriate state
• One year of relevant experience preferred
• Active licensure or successful completion of a refresher course if license has been inactive for five years or more

• Providing patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment
• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans
• Collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
