Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) at Homewatch Care Givers of Charlotte and Mooresville provide high-quality, non-medical in-home care that supports clients' safety, comfort, and independence. CNAs deliver hands-on personal care while building trusted relationships with clients and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Support safe transfers, ambulation, and positioning
- Assist with meals, light housekeeping, and daily routines as outlined in the care plan
- Observe, document, and report changes in client condition promptly
- Provide compassionate, respectful care that preserves dignity and privacy
- Follow all Homewatch Care Givers policies, care plans, and safety protocols

Qualifications:
- Current, active CNA certification in the state of North Carolina
- Ability to provide hands-on care safely and professionally
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, punctual, and responsive
- Commitment to respectful, client-centered care
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
