Registered Nurse (RN) – Inpatient Psychiatric Adult (Part Time)
Department: Atrium Health Behavioral Health – Charlotte.
Status: Part time.
Benefits Eligible: Yes.
Hours per week: 24.
Schedule: Saturday & Sunday Weekender 7:00 pm–7:30 am.
Pay Range: $38.20 – $57.30 per hour.
Sign on Bonus Eligible.
As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process. You will deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures, using evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making and compassionate communication to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- BSN required.
- RN candidates without a BSN must enroll in a BSN program within 1 year of hire and complete it within 3 years.
- Minimum of two years of nursing experience preferred.
- Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
- Exceptional candidates without supervisory experience may be considered if they show strong leadership potential.
- Leadership experience and a strong background in psychiatric or behavioral health nursing required for a Unit Supervisor role.
- Experience in an inpatient psychiatric or crisis setting preferred.
