Job DescriptionRegistered Nurse (RN) - CMC Bed Tower Emergency Department
Where You Will WorkThis role is tied to the opening of our new, state-of-the-art bed tower, offering a unique opportunity to be part of a transformative phase of growth within an academic Level I trauma center. The facility is designed to support high-acuity patient care, advanced clinical technology, and innovative education, while optimizing interdisciplinary collaboration and streamlined workflows.
Team members joining at this time will play a key role in establishing standards, educating staff within a new environment, and shaping care delivery models that support a high-reliability, patient-centered culture from the ground up.
We’re Looking For- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Candidates must have at least 6 months of RN experience, this position is not for new grads
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
- As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
- Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
