Key Responsibilities:Deliver direct patient care in progressive care settings, monitoring vitals and administering medications
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records
Execute prescribed medical orders, respond promptly to emergencies, and ensure safety protocols
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to coordinate care
Valid RN degree from an accredited program
Current state nursing license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Minimum 1 year of progressive care nursing experience
Ability to pass background check, excellent communication skills, flexibility for day and night shifts, proficiency in EMR systems
