The role involves delivering specialized telemetry nursing care for cardiac patients, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining accurate documentation. Provide specialized telemetry nursing care to patients with cardiac conditions, monitoring vital signs and responding to changes in patient status.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans ensuring optimal outcomes.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress in electronic health records.
Execute routine and emergency procedures within the telemetry unit, adhering to hospital policies and safety standards.
Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medication management, and post-discharge care instructions.
Valid nursing degree from an accredited program.
Valid RN license.
BLS certification.
At least 1 year of registered nurse experience in telemetry or related cardiac care.
Ability to work flexible shifts.
Strong communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Skills:
ACLS certification (preferred)

You hold a current RN license and BLS certification. You have at least one year telemetry nursing experience. You can work flexible shifts and document accurately
