The role involves delivering specialized telemetry nursing care for cardiac patients, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining accurate documentation. • Provide specialized telemetry nursing care to patients with cardiac conditions, monitoring vital signs and responding to changes in patient status.

• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans ensuring optimal outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress in electronic health records.

• Execute routine and emergency procedures within the telemetry unit, adhering to hospital policies and safety standards.

• Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medication management, and post-discharge care instructions.

• Valid nursing degree from an accredited program.

• Valid RN license.

• BLS certification.

• At least 1 year of registered nurse experience in telemetry or related cardiac care.

• Ability to work flexible shifts.

• Strong communication skills.

• Attention to detail.

• ACLS certification (preferred)
