We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional perioperative and postoperative patient care in a patient-focused clinical environment. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted clinical partner, guiding patients and caregivers throughout their treatment journey while ensuring the highest standards of safety, compassion, and clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive post-operative patient care and assessments.
- Monitor recovery progress and elevate concerns when appropriate.
- Assist with patient preparation, vital signs monitoring, consent verification, and care coordination on procedure days.
- Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans and recovery expectations.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
- Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
- Support daily clinical operations and patient flow.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and quality assurance efforts.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Previous experience in surgical, recovery, procedural, or outpatient nursing preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Professional, compassionate, and patient-centered approach to care.
- Experience in aesthetic, plastic surgery, or ambulatory settings is a plus.
- Demonstrates outstanding clinical judgment and attention to detail.
