Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional perioperative and postoperative patient care in a patient-focused clinical environment. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted clinical partner, guiding patients and caregivers throughout their treatment journey while ensuring the highest standards of safety, compassion, and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive post-operative patient care and assessments.
  • Monitor recovery progress and elevate concerns when appropriate.
  • Assist with patient preparation, vital signs monitoring, consent verification, and care coordination on procedure days.
  • Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans and recovery expectations.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
  • Support daily clinical operations and patient flow.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and quality assurance efforts.
Qualifications
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required.
  • Previous experience in surgical, recovery, procedural, or outpatient nursing preferred.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Professional, compassionate, and patient-centered approach to care.
  • Experience in aesthetic, plastic surgery, or ambulatory settings is a plus.
