Patient Registration & Scheduling
- Accurately record and maintain patient demographic, insurance, and financial information in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments to optimize provider schedules and clinic workflow.
- Perform patient check-in and check-out processes, including updating records and verifying insurance coverage.
Financial & Insurance Support
- Verify insurance eligibility, authorizations, and referrals as required.
- Collect copays, deductibles, and outstanding balances according to organizational policy
Customer Service & Communication
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and visitors.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns professionally and
** escalate
* * issues when appropriate. - Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to support coordinated patient care.
Operational Support
- Cross-train in multiple administrative support functions to ensure clinic coverage and continuity of operations.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and organizational privacy and security standards.

- Education:
4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course.
- Experience:
One year relevant experience, preferred. - Licensure/Certification:
Current RN license in appropriate state, required.- ACLS, PALS, BAT and DOT, preferred.
