Atrium Health’s Carolinas Medical Center MICU is looking for an experienced RN leader to join the 10L Medical ICU. This full-time role covers 3 night shifts per week from 7pm to 7am, with weekend and holiday requirements.
You will supervise staff, coordinate patient care, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining clinical competency. BSN required, RN licensure, and at least two years of nursing experience; management experience preferred.
