Registered Nurse (RN) – Neuro Rehabilitation Unit A, 34706 Carolinas Rehabilitation, Charlotte
Hours & Schedule36 hours per week, full time. Day shift 6:45 a.m.–7:15 p.m. Every third weekend.
Pay & BenefitsPay range: $38.20 – $57.30 per hour. Sign‑on bonus eligible.
LocationJoin our 24‑bed Neuro Rehabilitation Unit on the 4th floor at Carolinas Rehabilitation – Charlotte, where we provide specialized, patient‑centered care for patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, multi trauma, and other neurologic impairments. The unit is CARF accredited and in a collaborative, interdisciplinary team environment.
Qualifications- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which you practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association.
- 3–5 years of RN experience.
- Acute care and/or Med‑Surg experience preferred.
As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, delivering safe and therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence‑based practice, clinical decision‑making, compassion, and excellent communication, you will lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
The RN collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, advocates for patient needs, and upholds professional practice standards to promote optimal health outcomes.
