Pineville Rehabilitation & Living Center is looking for dependable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our nursing team as Weekend Warriors on 3rd Shift!

This is a part-time position working every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 11:00 PM–7:00 AM
, with additional Weekend Warrior incentive pay on top of your regular rate.

Whether you're an LPN interested in becoming an RN or a nurse looking for future leadership opportunities, we want to support your growth.

As an LPN or RN on our 3rd Shift team, you will:

• Provide direct nursing care according to individualized resident care plans

• Administer medications and treatments

• Complete nursing assessments and clinical documentation

• Monitor residents and identify changes in condition

• Communicate changes to physicians and nursing leadership

• Provide wound care and other skilled nursing services as needed

• Supervise and support Nursing Assistants

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team

• Help ensure our residents receive compassionate, high-quality care throughout the night

• Active, unencumbered North Carolina LPN or RN license

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Current CPR certification

• Long-term care experience preferred

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Dependable and committed to working every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 11:00 PM–7:00 AM
