Travel/Contract ICU Registered Nurse - local candidates accepted. This 13-week assignment in or near Charlotte, North Carolina offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits to qualified travel nurses.

• Deliver comprehensive ICU nursing care to critically ill patients, ensuring adherence to physician orders and care plans.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient treatment strategies and interventions.

• Monitor vital signs, assess patient conditions, and respond promptly to changes or emergencies.

• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities, assessments, and treatments in compliance with hospital policies.

• Educate patients and families on ICU procedures, recovery expectations, and post-discharge care instructions.

• RN license issued by the state of North Carolina or a multi-state compact license.

• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.

• Minimum 1 year of ICU nursing experience in a hospital setting.

• Ability to work multiple shifts.

• Strong critical thinking skills.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.

You hold a valid NC RN license and certifications. You have at least one year ICU nursing experience. You thrive in fast-paced, interdisciplinary critical care environments
