Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Position OverviewJoin our dedicated healthcare team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and play a pivotal role in providing essential care and support to our patients at The Laurels and The Haven in Highland Creek, a Terra Bella community. As a CNA, you will work closely with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure our patients receive the highest level of care and comfort.

- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding to ensure their comfort and hygiene.
- Monitor vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure, and report any significant changes to the nursing staff.
- Support patients in mobility and exercise efforts to enhance their physical well‑being.
- Provide emotional and social support to patients, creating a caring and supportive environment.
- Assist nursing staff with medical procedures and ensure that medical equipment is properly cleaned and maintained.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, observations, and services performed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care and a clear understanding of patient needs.
- Adhere to all healthcare regulations, standards, and policies to ensure patient safety and confidentiality.
- Current certification as a Nursing Assistant from an accredited certifying body.
- Active CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient‑centered approach to care.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team and independently when necessary.

- Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting, pulling, and standing for extended periods.
