Serve as a clinical resource for operational and organizational decision‑making

Qualifications
  • Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
  • Active DEA registration
  • Prior clinical, occupational health, healthcare leadership, or operational experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations, compliance, and quality standards
  • Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a non‑clinical leadership capacity
Professional
  • Reimbursement for DEA licensure
  • Reimbursement for state licensure
  • $1,000 annually toward approved CME expenses

  • Paid $100,000 life insurance
  • Charitable giving match of $200 annually
  • $500 vacation stipend after Year 1, increasing based on tenure

If you are an experienced NP or PA looking to step away from direct patient care while continuing to use your clinical expertise in a leadership and operational capacity, this could be an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in occupational health.
