Looking for variety beyond the same office every day? An established medical group is seeking a flexible and adaptable Float RN to support Primary Care offices throughout the Charlotte area, including South Park, Billingsley, Uptown, Huntersville, and Gaston County.
Registered Nurse (RN) - Float TeamGreater Charlotte, NC
$35-$46/hr DOE
Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8 AM-5 PM
Looking for variety beyond the same office every day? An established medical group is seeking a flexible and adaptable Float RN to support Primary Care offices throughout the Charlotte area, including South Park, Billingsley, Uptown, Huntersville, and Gaston County.
What You’ll Do- Provide direct patient care across assigned offices
- Perform assessments, vitals, treatments, medications, and IVs
- Handle nurse triage and patient education
- Respond to urgent clinical needs
- Coordinate care with providers and support staff
- Quickly adapt to different teams, workflows, and office environments
- Active North Carolina RN license
- Current BLS
- 1+ year of RN experience
- Outpatient/Primary Care experience preferred
- IV and EHR experience
- Adaptable, dependable, and comfortable working with different personalities and office environments
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel
Full-time weekday schedule | Competitive float rate | Locations typically provided one month in advance
