The Allegheny Health Network Home Infusion team is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide in-home infusion therapy and comprehensive nursing care to patients and families. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, coordinate with physicians and the care team, and ensure compliance with policies.
Responsibilities include administering infusion therapies at home, documenting care, communicating patient status, and participating in Performance Improvement activities, with on-call duties
