Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse for our Behavioral Health specialty. The position requires providing care to patients with various mental health diagnoses, including schizophrenia, dementia, bipolar disorder, psychosis, dual diagnosis, and depression. The RN will be responsible for maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment for patients. Patient ratios may vary depending on the unit, ensuring adequate support with nursing and CNA staff.
The role involves utilizing electronic health records for documentation. Candidates must have the ability to engage effectively with patients and their families. Training will be provided for Handle with Care certification if not already obtained. The dress code requires professional scrubs of any color. This position may involve working weekends, with guaranteed weekly hours. We are looking for an individual who can contribute to a collaborative and dynamic team environment.
