Multi Care Yakima Memorial Hospital is seeking a Nursing Professional Development Specialist – Unit Based to operationalize education and evidence-based practice across the assigned unit(s). The role encompasses learning facilitation, change leadership and mentorship to advance nursing practice and patient outcomes.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Nursing and RN licensure in Washington, with ANCC NPD certification preferred.
