Rn to 1-2 pts Stepdown: 1RN to 2-3 pts. - Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : HUC works 9-9. Tech is shared with PICU.

Will float to Peds and NICU - Patient Experience requirements: 1 year PICU experience

Advanced skills needed: n/a
Procedures performed on unit: : IV starts, Caths, holding for LP's, central line dressing changes, hemodynamic monitoring, trach care, tube feeding and placement, ICP monitoring, ventilator management.
