Two 12 hours shifts per week, 7p-7a, with weekend and holiday requirements Pay Range $38.20 - $57.30 AH Carolinas Medical Center A sign-on bonus is available to applicants who have not received a sign-on bonus from the company for another role within the past 24 months.
The Satellite department consists of 4 Med/Surg, Medical Telemetry units, totaling 34 beds. Our units are dedicated to delivering safe and quality care to patients seamlessly, while optimizing patient flow and capacity by alleviating pressure on the Emergency Department. We cater to a diverse patient population experiencing a wide array of acute diagnoses, including (but not limited to) chest pain, pneumonia, electrolyte imbalances, diabetes, cellulitis, trauma injuries, and mental health instabilities.
We’reLooking For
Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing. Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices. Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association. 6 months of RN experience.
What You’ll DoAs a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
