The Opportunity

We're seeking motivated Landscape Team Members to join our commercial maintenance crews. This is an entry-level position with a clear path to advancement. Whether you're new to landscaping or have some experience, if you have a strong work ethic and want to learn, we'll provide the training and support you need to build a lasting career.

What You'll Do
  • Deliver quality work - Perform landscape maintenance activities including mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, weeding, mulching, and planting
  • Operate equipment - Learn to safely operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscape equipment
  • Maintain landscapes - Help keep commercial properties looking their absolute best for our clients
  • Support your crew - Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and to high standards
  • Learn and grow - Develop new skills through hands‑on training and mentorship from experienced team members
  • Take pride in your work - Pay attention to detail and ensure every property meets TJL's quality standards
  • Maintain equipment - Help keep tools and equipment clean, organized, and in good working condition
  • Represent TJL professionally - Interact respectfully with clients and represent our company values
What Makes You a Great Fit Experience &

Skills:
  • Landscape experience preferred but not required—we will train motivated individuals
  • Valid driver's license preferred
  • Basic understanding of landscape equipment operation a plus
  • Willingness to learn new skills and techniques
