The Lawn Care Technician is responsible for delivering high-quality lawn care and landscape maintenance services to Loving’s residential and commercial clients. This role directly impacts customer satisfaction by ensuring every property is maintained with precision, professionalism, and pride. Lawn Care Technicians embody our standards of quality, safety, and customer care while working as part of a dedicated crew in the field.

• Execute daily lawn maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, and weeding with accuracy and efficiency.
• Operate blowers, trimmers, and other equipment to maintain properties, leaving them clean and customer-ready.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets Loving’s quality standards.
• Follow all company and regulatory safety protocols, maintaining a safe work environment for yourself and your crew.
• Deliver excellent customer service in every interaction, representing Loving with professionalism and care.
• Work collaboratively with your crew and Field Manager to complete daily routes on time and with excellence.
• Demonstrate reliability by showing up prepared, punctual, and ready to perform physically demanding outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
• Take pride in the appearance of each yard, leaving properties in better condition than when you arrived.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned that support the mission and core values of Loving, ensuring alignment with our culture of community, integrity, and impact.

• 2+ years of experience in landscaping, lawn care, or related outdoor maintenance roles.
• Strong work ethic with a personal pride in how yards and landscapes look.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in Florida heat and other conditions.
• Experience operating lawn care equipment and safely handling trucks with 17–21 ft. trailers.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
• Ability to pass a DOT Medical Exam and a clean driving record with a valid driver’s license held for at least 3 years.
• Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred.
