We're looking for a skilled Landscape Spray Technician to join our team in Charlotte and maintain the health and beauty of local landscapes.

• Applying Treatments:
  • Apply pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers to turf, trees, shrubs, and flowers.
  • Mix and prepare chemical agents according to specified formulas.
  • Utilize hand‑held manual and electrical sprayer and trapping equipment.
  • Monitor turf health and diagnose potential problems.
• Equipment Operation and Maintenance:
  • Operate and maintain spray equipment, including driving and ensuring safe operation.
  • Fill sprayer tanks with water and chemical solutions.
  • Lift, push, and maneuver nozzles, hoses, and tubes for precise spraying.
• Scheduling and Communication:
  • Plan daily, weekly, and monthly treatment schedules.
  • Communicate with the Manager to ensure adequate supply of materials.
  • Oversee storage and issuance of materials.
• Integrated Pest Management (IPM):
  • Apply the principles of IPM in all treatment applications.

• 2-3 years of experience in landscape spray application.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs. repetitively.
• Knowledge of pesticide, herbicide, and fertilizer application techniques.
• Experience operating and maintaining spray equipment.
• Ability to plan and manage schedules.
• Knowledge of IPM principals.

• Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, starting at 7am

• Charlotte, NC 28206

• $20-24 per hour, based on experience.
